18 Elephants tragic death in Assam

 Elephants Death In Assam Unbearable

An 18 elephants crowd died at Bamuni hill i Chechang Dhenta Karbi village in Assam's Nagaon district.

Elephants and humans have had a sweet relationship since time immemorial, although they are the largest living creatures in the world, but they have been used by human society for their own protection.  In the past, all the kings and emperors used elephants in many ways  In the days of the Maharaja, elephants were used in battle as well as as a symbol of nobility.

The elephant-man relationship was very sweet in the past, but now there is a lot of conflict.  In many parts of Assam, elephants are now threatening the lives of many people.  However, elephants have been worshiped as deities in Hindu society since time immemorial.  This elephant is worshiped as Ganesha Baba by the Hindus.

The news of the tragic death at Bamuni Hills has shocked the entire nature community and the Hindu community.  These 18 elephant crowd had small calves  On May 12 midnight, 2021, the elephant crowd was wiped out by a lightning strike in the Bamuni hills of Nagaon district.  Forest Minister Parimal Shukla Vaidya along with all the top officials of the Forest Department were present at Bamuni Hills for the occasion.

Such an unprecedented phenomenon of nature has taken the whole of human society by surprise.  This is not the first time that I've seen this kind of thing happen  The elephant died while lying down on the Bamuni hill.

In order to reduce the elephant population in Assam, nature-loving NGOs have been cultivating callus and paddy.  Due to the deforestation of forests and forests for elephants, the people of Vyam are suffering from lack of food, which has led to human-to-human conflict. But 18 elephants dead more report is waiting .

A team of doctors and experts from Khanapara Veterinary College, North Eastern Regional, Diagnostic Laboratory, Golaghat Center for Wildlife Rehabilitation and Conservation, Assam State Zoo and a team of experts.  A post-mortem examination confirmed that 18 elephants had died as a result of the thunderstorm.  The accident took place when a lightning strike of 39 kPa struck the area during a night thunderstorm.

On the other hand, looking at some videos - this elephant didn't die in a lightning strike.

Surrounding the carcass of the elephant is an oval tree with a majestic tree.  There is no such thing as an azalea tree in the video.

Assuming, the elephant within a radius of 500 meters died due to the high voltage power generated by the lightning, but there were no other animals, birds, etc.?  The trees, the grasses and the forests have not grown, they are green.  (Of course, lightning strikes like lightning at the foot of a mountain can kill an elephant at the bottom. We heard several thunderstorms on the night of May 12).

Therefore, whether the death of the elephant was due to lightning or other causes should be investigated at a high level.
