Human society has made great strides in the evolution of machine civilization in the present time.Man has advanced in intellect and thought.  In addition, human labour is declining.  Proper Exercise and Sports - Playing keeps the human body fresh, healthy and strong.  This modern time is a stress, anxiety and worry.  Human lives are burdened with various problems.  People have no time to think about their lives. Physically, mentally exhausted and restless.'This austerity is yoga practice.  Another way to find peace in a troubled mind.  In Indian philosophy, the practice of yoga in the scriptures is an approach. Yoga reveals the true knowledge through sadhana or practice.  This is the only way out.  The spiritual path is called the unification of mind, soul and spirit.

 Yoga - Exercise is a basic resource of India.  Indian yogis or saints gained strong will, longevity and longevity through the practice of yoga.

Yoga has been practiced in India since the days of history.  Breathing - Meditation on Nisha was also practiced.  This is called pranayama.  Now almost the whole world has started practicing yoga.

 In collaboration with the country, it is decided to celebrate June 21 as International Yoga Day.The first International Yoga Day is organized on 21 June 2015 on the streets of New Delhi by the Ministry of AYUSH, India.  This yoga day set two world records.  The first was 35985 people with the largest number of people in the world taking part in the exercise and the second was about 84 people from different countries of the world taking part in this yoga day program.The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word "yuz", which means to add, to bind, to enhance.  The word is usually used to mean reunion .

 Yoga is one of the Indian philosophies.  The Yogasutra (Pose or exercise book) written by Mahamuni Patanjali is considered to be the best proven book.  In the sixth chapter of the Bhagavad Gita (National holy Book), Lord Krishna says to Arjuna, "The real purpose of yoga is to be free from suffering."

 Yoga works at the highest levels of a person's mind, body, emotions and energy.  The practice of yoga has been going on in India since time immemorial.  Evidence suggests that yoga originated in India and its history is rooted in the Indus Valley Civilization.  Through yoga, the living soul unites with the Paramatman or soul.The one who knows all the details of the body thoroughly is called a true yogi (meditator) by the Yoga Shastras (exercise book).  According to scholars in India, yoga has been practiced by sages and monks since 5000 years ago.  In the last two decades of the twentieth century, Baba Ramdev popularized yoga among the masses with his brilliant plans.  Nowadays yoga has become popular all over the world.

 Two types of YOGA,  Rajyoga and Hatha Yoga.

 Mind is given priority in Rajyog.

 In addition to prescribing ways to control the mind, it also helps in achieving physical well-being and longevity.

 But according to the Yogis, both Raja Yoga and Hatha Yoga are complementary.

 The exercise is divided into two parts, meditation and sanitation.

 Its helps to maintaining the health of the human body, by strengthening the nerves of the body and enhances the immunity for the benefit of a healthy body.  Healthcare is used as some meditation.


Yoga exercises can be practiced by everyone.  But exercise should be done according to need and age.  If you have a tension problem, you should not do any sitting until it is completely cured.

  Yoga asanas or poses and yoga exercises help to keep the body healthy, nervous system and skeletal system functioning smoothly. It cures diabetes, respiratory disorders, high blood pressure and lifestyle disorders.  The practice of yoga helps in relieving fatigue, anxiety disorders and mental distress. Yoga also helps in regularizing the menstrual cycle of women.

 Yoga has become very important in recent times.  Regular yoga and pranayama practice improves the structure and functions of our body.

Some of the easy Yoga exercises are discussed :-

 1) Breathing:- Breathing is the position of the supine position with the head facing upwards.


 The procedure is to correct the pain in the abdomen.  Hands should be placed close to the body.  During this time the nerves from head to toe need to be relaxed.  The mind should be kept completely calm, restrained and free from worries.  Inhale for 3 seconds after taking another seat.  After finishing all the sittings, you need to breathe for 5/7 minutes.

 Benefits: Breathing is very good for relieving physical and mental fatigue. Taking a nap in this position gives you new energy . It is easier to breath when you are tired than when you are asleep.

 2)Lotus position or Padmasana: - Sittings straight and open the legs to forward, now the right leg should be placed on the knees with the knees bent.  Now the left hand should be bent and placed on the right hand.  The left hand should be placed on the left forearm and the right hand on the left forearm.  Breathing should be kept normal.  After 30 seconds, the pain should be relieved.  This posture should be done four times for 30 seconds at first. Then practice for 4/5 minutes at a time.

 Benefits: - Practicing this asana or poses calms the mind.  Practicing Padmasana increases the concentration of the mind.  Padmasana is very useful for keeping the body disease free.

3)Adamantine pose: - Aathukari or Seat should be flown.  The knees should be close together and all the parts of the toes should be on the ground.  Now you have to make a small gap between the two bullocks, put a hip on it and move it with your hips and chest straight.  The calf should be near the two anus.  The hands should be placed on the knees with the knees bent.  Breathing should be normalized and practiced 3/4 times for 30 seconds.



 




Benefits
: - If there is rheumatism in the joints of the feet, this seat will eliminate it.  I can.  Doing this posture after eating increases digestion and eliminates insomnia.

 4) Ustrasana or Camel Pose:- This seat looks like a camel and Bobby calls it Ustrasana.  The two-legged ox should be held in the back with both hands.  After this, the pit and the chest should be bent like a bow and the head should be turned upside down.  The breathing should be kept normal for 30 seconds.  This seat should be done 3/4 times and breathed in once a day.


 Benefits: - Constipation is cured by taking a glass of water before sunrise.  Reduces belly fat.  Strengthens the skeleton and hip bones.  This seat is useful for increasing the width of the chest.

 5) FORWARD BEND POSE OR Paschimottanasana: - The knee should be bent towards the front of the abdomen. Now the forearm should be held with the forearm.  The seat should be held for 30 seconds at a time, keeping the breathing normal.


 Benefits: - Doing this posture regularly will keep the abdominal muscles healthy, strong and functional.  Keeps the stomach, pancreas, liver etc. active.  Increases bone marrow transplantation.  This seat is very useful in relieving diarrhea and flatulence.

 Yoga poses keep the body healthy and wholesome.

 Devotees need to pay special attention to diet during yoga. Regular body exercises, yoga practice and a balanced diet should be taken to keep the body healthy.
